What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4pm on your arrival day, and check-out is by 11am on your departure day.
How do we check in?
We’ll send you directions and your electronic key-safe instructions before your stay, so you can let yourselves in.
Can we bring our dogs?
Yes! Up to two dogs are welcome, with an additional charge of £20 per dog, per stay. Please include them when booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
You’ll find the cancellation terms for your chosen booking before you confirm and in your booking confirmation.
Who should we contact with questions?
